New Patient Exam

When entering our dental clinic for the first time, you will be required to complete a medical and dental history, you may need to provide either recent x-rays (6 months or sooner) or have x-rays taken. The dentist will perform a complete oral examination of your teeth, gums, lips, cheek, tongue, salivary glands and jaw bone. The dentist will educate you regarding your teeth and also go over any questions and/or concerns you may have regarding your teeth and discuss future dental procedures.
